Because most of us have more stress in our day to day living and we exercise a lot less, we’ve become a generation of upper chest breathers and only use the top portion of our lungs. | I Stood Inside A Rainbow Last April I fell down a flight of stairs and broke my right wrist. I also received nerve damage and it is not certain that I will regain full use of my hand back. An artist without the use of her right hand is almost more than I could handle. I am drawing now though and I am finding things I had not noticed before my fall.
